Looking for a quick, portable snack idea? Trail mix is ideal to beat those sugar cravings and give you a healthy boost of energy in the afternoon. A great balance of sweet and salty, with a nice protein boost – it really is an ideal snack and so easy to make at home. All you need is some kind of dried fruit and your choice of nuts and/or seeds.
